Bio
Danielle has been in the banking industry since 1996. Prior to joining Leader Bank in 2022, she spent 17 years in the Lockbox department at Century Bank, now Eastern Bank. She has worked in every department of Lockbox including Operations, Client Services, and for the past 7 years as Operations Manager with 28 direct reports overseeing the entire Mail and Exception departments. She ensured processes were improved, production was increased, and the client experience surpassed expectations. She is passionate about finding solutions to meet client needs through feedback, innovation, and efficiencies. Danielle has an immense knowledge of Lockbox and has established strong rewarding partnerships with both Municipal and Corporate clients as well as direct vendors like the Post Office.
