Vitaliy Schafer brings close to a decade of experience from helping startups as well as Venture Capital and Private Equity firms with their banking needs. Vitaliy is focused on building a dynamic team dedicated to launching tools and initiatives to boost company growth. This includes providing world-class banking services, crafting educational workshops, hosting pivotal events, and providing exclusive offers, all while granting access to a powerful network of industry leaders. Vitaliy and Leader Bank’s Business Banking team aim to be the essential partner for businesses eager to navigate and excel in today’s tech-centric environment.
Vitaliy is actively involved in the community through partnerships with accelerators and mentor organizations. Prior to Leader Bank, Vitaliy was the Managing Director at First Republic Bank focusing on Startup and Alternative Investment Banking.
Vitaliy obtained his BA in Economics from Boston University.
In his free time, Vitaliy likes to spend time outdoors enjoying hiking or golf in the summer and skiing in the winter.
