Leader Bank’s Residential Lending Division Continues Expansion with Grand Opening of Lawrence Loan Office

Lawrence Office ribbon cutting eventAs part of ongoing efforts to bring innovative and one-of-a-kind lending solutions to more homebuyers in New England, Leader Bank is excited to announce the recent grand opening of its newest loan office at 130 Parker Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts.

“I am incredibly excited for Leader Bank to better serve homebuyers in Lawrence and throughout the Merrimack Valley and North Shore,” said Jay Tuli, President of Leader Bank. “It was great to be able to celebrate this milestone by bringing members of our team and the Lawrence community together.”

A grand opening and ribbon cutting for Leader Bank’s Lawrence loan office was held on October 24th, 2024, and was attended by Leader Bank team members, Lawrence Mayor Brian DePeña, Massachusetts State Senator Pavel Payano, Massachusetts State Senator Barry Finegold, Massachusetts State Representative Francisco Paulino, Lawrence City Councilor at Large Ana Levy, and members of the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce.

This year, Leader Bank also opened a loan office in Topsfield, Massachusetts, and added Residential Lending teams across the U.S. Southwest as part of the Bank’s efforts to bring customized mortgage solutions to homebuyers and realtor partners in new markets across the country.
