Video Banking Terms and Conditions
Leader Bank is offering video banking services as an accommodation to certain banking customers. Not all account types or information will be available through video banking, and it is not intended to replace existing methods of access or contact at Leader Bank. Any user who utilizes Leader Bank’s video banking services hereby agrees to the following terms of use as condition of such utilization, and a user’s use of the video banking platform shall be deemed acceptance of the following terms:

Users may only utilize the video banking platform if they are a legal owner or signer of the Leader Bank account(s) that are the subject of the video session. All information provided to Leader Bank during a video banking session shall be accurate, current and complete and the user represents and warrants that they are legally authorized to provide such information to Leader Bank.

Users understand and agree that the video banking session may be recorded for research, training or quality purposes, and that by using the video banking platform, a user agrees to allow the use of video conferencing, streaming technology or screen sharing to interact with Leader Bank team members. All users of the video banking platform consent to the use or projection of their image during each video session.

Users shall only access the video banking platform from a secure internet connection in a location where their privacy will be protected. Any email address a user provides will be for that user’s secure account and cannot be accessed by others. Users shall not leave any device used to access the video banking platform unattended and shall log off the video platform immediately at the end of each section.

If multiple parties are involved in a transactions, the presence of all parties may be required by Leader Bank.
Users agree that they will not interfere with or disrupt any computer network connection to the video banking platform and shall not user or attempt to use the video platform in a manner to gain unauthorized entry or access to the computer systems of others, including the systems of Leader Bank.

Users shall not utilize the video platform while driving a motor vehicle of any kind or operating heavy machinery, and users understand that all risks, injury and harm associated with doing so while using the video banking platform are not the responsibility of Leader Bank and are expressly assumed by the user.

Users will act and engage with Leader Bank team members in a manner that is professional and courteous while on video. Users must also dress appropriately for the interaction in a manner consistent with dress rules for entering a Leader Bank branch. Users will not be permitted to use language or gestures that are intended to harm, threaten, demean, or otherwise deemed to be inappropriate or abusive.

Any user who engages in such actions or otherwise fails to abide by or comply with any of these terms and conditions is subject to an immediate termination of the video session and a band from use of the video platform, restriction or elimination of bank services, or any other action available to Leader Bank as a matter of law.

In the event a user fails to abide by the foregoing terms and conditions as set forth above or as changed by Leader Bank in the future (or fails to comply with any applicable law, regulation or directive), Leader Bank shall not be liable for any resulting loss, claim or damage to the extent permitted by law. Users shall indemnify Leader Bank and hold it harmless should Leader Bank incur any costs or sustain any damages should a user not satisfy these terms and conditions. Leader Bank will operate in good faith while evaluating any potential violation of these terms of conditions, but will not accept any liability for a user’s failure to read, understand or follow said terms and conditions.
