Any deposit client of the VC/PE & Technology Banking Group is eligible to receive a bonus for referring new business clients to Leader Bank! For any new business founder or founding group referred to Leader Bank by an existing client that opens a checking account with a minimum average daily balance of $20,000.00 of new money for a period of three consecutive months, the referring client shall receive the following bonus amounts deposited to their Leader Bank checking within fifteen (15) days of the referred client meeting the balance minimums**:

  • $100.00 for the first founder/founding group
  • $200.00 for the second founder/founding group
  • $300.00 for all other founders/founding groups

Refer a Friend Bonus shall be paid only once for each founder/founding group reference regardless of the number of accounts opened.

Fidelity 409A Valuation Offer

Leader Bank is partnering with Fidelity Private Shares to provide an exciting new benefit for qualifying clients of our VC/PE and Technology Banking group.  Qualifying Leader Bank clients can receive a one-time credit of up to $2,400.00 as reimbursement for their purchase from Fidelity Private Shares of a one-time package for a 409A valuation and a year’s subscription to the cap management software Fidelity Private Shares℠ (the “Fidelity Package”)*.  To qualify, client must meet the following criteria:

  • Open or have an existing Leader Bank business non-interest-bearing checking account (“Checking Account”) that has had at least three (3) transactions per month for a period of three consecutive months;
  • Submit a paid invoice to your Leader Bank relationship manager showing the client’s purchase of the Fidelity Package for an amount not to exceed $2,400.00**; and
  • For at least one (1) month within six (6) months of submitting the invoice above, maintain both (a) a combined average daily balance of $250,000.00 in the Checking Account and (b) a combined average daily balance of $500,000.00 between the Checking Account and any Leader Bank money market account opened by the client.

Alex is a highly-experienced private banker based on the West Coast with over 16 years of experience in the banking industry. Over the course of his career he has built a diverse client base that includes Venture Capital Firms, Private Equity Firms, Hedge Funds, Qualified Settlement Funds, and Professional Service Firms such as law firms, medical practices, property management firms, and real estate investment entities. In addition to banking these businesses Alex has banked the C-Suite executives from these firms, their employees, and other high net worth individuals working in a variety of industries.
