How do I reset my digital banking password?

Option 1: To reset your digital banking password, log in and select the "Settings" tab. Within the Security section select "Update Password" and follow the steps that are outlined.

Option 2: From the log in you can also select "Forgot Your Password?" and follow the prompts to update your password there.

What are the digital banking username and password guidelines?

Your digital banking password:

  • Must be between 12 and 40 characters.
  • Must contain at least one number.
  • Must contain a minimum of one lower case character.
  • Must contain a minimum of one upper case character.
  • Must contain a minimum of one special character.
  • May not be the same as any of your last 10 passwords.
  • May not be the same as your current password.

Your digital banking User ID must be between 6 and 18 characters.
