Is my computer compatible with digital banking?

You can access digital banking on any computer with a connection to the internet using an up-to-date web browser. The following browsers are supported:

  • Google Chrome on Mac OS X (Current and previous two versions)
  • Mozilla Firefox on Windows (Current and previous two versions)
  • Mozilla Firefox on Mac OS X (Current and previous two versions)
  • Microsoft Edge on Windows (Current and previous two versions, starting with 79.0.309)
  • Safari on Mac OS X (Current and previous two versions)

How do I log in to digital banking?

Select the "Log In" button at the top of the Leader Bank website. Select your account type based on your type of digital banking account, then select the "Log In to Your Account" button.

Where can I download the Leader Bank mobile app?

If you are an Apple user you will see an update to your existing Leader Bank app. If you are an Android user you will need to download the new app from the Google Play store.

How much does digital banking cost?

Digital banking is absolutely free to use.

What browsers support digital banking?

The only browser requirement is that your browser must be HTML5 compatible. We recommend updating your browser to the latest version available—not just to ensure compatibility with our new digital banking experience, but also to ensure that your digital banking is as secure as possible. Browsers with older versions than the following will not provide functionality: Internet Explorer – Version 11 and below, Firefox – Version 24 and below, Chrome – Version 30 and below, Safari – Version 6 and below.

Can my small business use digital banking?

Yes, currently the new platform is for personal and small business banking use only.
