I have had many mortgages in the past. The application process with Leaders was one of the most seamless transactions I have experienced. The processing team kept me informed at all steps, followed up with me on outstanding items, ensured that instructions were clear and clarified as needed. Deepak Garg is an incredible loan officer and we're so thankful for the opportunity that have worked with him and Leader Bank for our home purchase. Deepak had some competition in that the seller wanted us to use their lender, and we also have a friend that's a lender. Ultimately, we chose Leader Bank because of Deepak's ability to provide us a pre-approval in about 12 hours, and his overall speed and responsiveness. We knew based on that initial experience and his desire to earn our business, that we were in good hands. In order to get the sales contract on the house, the seller wanted us to commit to a very tight timeline for a loan commitment. Before we signed, Deepak gave us a 99% assurance that he could meet it. Not only did he meet it, he exceeded it by delivering before the deadline, even when the tight timeline included a federal holiday where banks are closed. Both our realtor and seller were very impressed! In addition, we found Leader Bank's interest rate to be competitive and fees to be fair. We look forward to working with Leader Bank and Deepak in the future and referring him to friends and family. He's truly the BEST!
